Do you work on SSI requests? Attempting to secure assistance for our great grandson who is 3 years old and autistic. Initial attempt was denied, we believe for financial reasons but never received a letter explaining denial. The family lives in Rincon, GA. We would also like to set up a Special Needs Trust. We currently have an Estate Plan in South Carolina, our residence. We are planning to move to Ga. and will need to have our plan reviewed.
We do not handle SSI claims, but have a good referral source for assistance with that. We can assist with a Special Needs trust in SC or GA. You can reach us at 912-352-3999 to set up an initial meeting. We can meet you in-person or online, whichever is most convenient for you.

I reached an agreement in mediation with my step mom on my dads will. Im looking to hire an attorney to review the will and agreement and tell me if we can do better in their opinion by going to court.
