Spinach Christmas Trees
- 1 package chopped spinach
- 1 cup white sauce
- 1 lb cheese
- 1 package pastry dough
- 1 tree shaped cookie cutter
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Roll out pastry dough until it’s thin and use cookie cutter to cut into shapes. Then place pastry shapes on cookie sheet.
3. Cook and drain package of chopped spinach
4. Mix white sauce and cheese
5. Stir sauce and spinach together
6. Spoon mixture onto trees
7. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes

Caramel Rolls
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 375
2. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces
3. Roll pieces of biscuits into round balls
4. Arrange balls in an 8″ or 9″ round greased pan
5. Melt butter in saucepan
6. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, water, vanilla and pecans
7. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally
8. Pour sauce over rolls and bake until rolls have risen

Cranberry Salad
- 1 lb. cranberries (ground)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 bag small marshmallows
- 1 pint whipped cream
- 1 cup drained pineapple (crushed)
1. Combine cranberries & sugar, then let stand for 2 hours
2. Whip cream
3. Stir in cranberry, marshmallows & pineapple
4. Let stand for 2 hours in refrigerator
